When she was 3 years old got hit by a motorcycle. Brain damage, vital organs, should have been dead. Life has been a struggle. Health problems. Loves sushi. Dynamite and Firedragon sushi with ginger.Came over from Vietnam in 2006

I have a sketchbook devoted to portraits of my At-Risk students.  It is a truly life changing experience to sit and talk with my students as I sketch them.  They are incredible human beings.  Strong, persistent, loving, and extremely talented.  After each sketch I am humbled by what I have learned from them.   $(@TT 

Better late than never.  Been a while since I've posted, been doing lots and lots but haven't found the time to post.  Hoping to change that all and post a lot to catch up.  Here is our last CAM Raleigh urban sketching outing, it was a fantastic turnout and we sketched the Hopscotch music festival in Raleigh.
